The arrest follows a three-month investigation after police began receiving information that Arce was allegedly selling heroin throughout Stratford, reported the Connecticut Post.

Police reportedly made three undercover purchases from Arce and found quantities of heroin, drug packing materials and .22-caliber ammunition in his home, the Connecticut Post said.
